When you Pray

When you pray…

Don’t say “Our Father”, if you don’t love your community

as your brothers and sisters

Don’t say “Hollowed be thy name”, if you honor yourself and you don’t

care for your relationship with God.

Don’t say “Thy Kingdom come”, if you are not ready to welcome Gods

kingdom and you aren’t working to let him take place on earth

Don’t say “On earth as it is in Heaven”, if you don’t believe in Heaven

Don’t say “Give us this day our daily bread”, if you don’t care about those in need

Don’t say “Forgive us our trespasses”, if you let hatred fill your hearts

Don’t say “As we forgive those who trespass against us” If you are not ready to forgive

Don’t say “Deliver us from evil”, if you aren’t against evil

And Don’t say “Amen” if you aren’t faithful, honest and fair.
